Levi Suites’ three apartment hotels serve guests all year round in Levi – Unna Mànnu and Levi Gold apartments offer accommodation in the center of Levi while Levi Club is located next to the golf course and ski trails. We designed landing pages for the site that present the apartment offerings in an impressive and modern way. Users can browse the apartment information and a sufficient number of photos are available for each apartment. We paid special attention to the content and scannability of the landing pages, as a lot of traffic comes to the site directly through search engines; We invested in the layout of listings and visual highlights to make content browsing as smooth as possible on all devices. The site provides essential information about accommodation, activity options, and services for larger groups. The site serves both domestic and international visitors and includes language versions in Finnish and English.

Booking tool to support sales

A hotel and travel website should help users find suitable accommodation for themselves and enable making a reservation easily and effortlessly. We streamlined the transition to the booking tool by implementing Hotelinx booking tool embeds that guide users to make reservations through Levi Suites’ own sales channel. With highlights and visual prompts, transitioning to the booking engine has been made convenient even on mobile devices.

A modern website with WordPress

The site was implemented with WordPress, and its execution is based on Höyry’s own modular WordPress theme, which Levi Suites’ administrators can fully edit independently. The site uses elements designed for versatile content presentation, such as various content highlights, card listings, photo galleries, and traditional content columns. The implementation facilitates the creation of new pages and adds flexibility to the marketing of Levi Suites’ content. The technical solution is flexible and long-lasting, allowing for the agile further development of the site.

Better service with a digital apartment folder

We implemented a digital apartment folder for Levi Suites’ website, which digitizes paper materials into a format that is always available. The apartment folder consists of subpages from apartment hotels that contain information about accommodation and local services during the customer’s visit. Visitors are directed to the pages of the apartment folder through a physically printed QR code found with the key cards.

Updating the contents of the apartment folder can be done directly through site management. The solution makes it easier for users, enhances Levi Suites staff’s work, and reduces the amount of printed documents. With the digital apartment folder, users can find the information they are looking for conveniently directly from the Levi Suites website.
