Levi Suites apartment hotels offer space for experiences in Levi. The apartments cater to travellers all year round and the three destinations offer a choice of accommodation for couples, families and larger groups. We were responsible for designing the visual identity of Levi Suites and created the company’s revamped website, which showcases Levi Suites’ offerings and the area’s potential.

Experience and smooth transactions
Levi Suites’ three apartment hotels serve guests all year round in Levi – Unna Mànnu and Levi Gold apartments offer accommodation in the centre of Levi while Levi Club is located next to the golf course and ski slopes. We designed landing pages for the site that present the apartments’ offer in an impressive and modern way. Users can browse through the apartments’ information and a sufficient number of photos are available for each apartment. We paid particular attention to the content and visual appeal of the landing pages, as the site is also heavily accessed directly via search engines; we invested in the layout of listings and visual highlights to make the content as smooth as possible to browse on all devices. The site provides essential information on accommodation, activity options and services for larger groups. The site caters for both domestic and international visitors and includes language versions in Finnish and English.
Booking tool to support sales
A hotel and travel website should help users to find the accommodation that suits them best and make booking easy and convenient. We streamlined the transition to the booking tool by introducing embeds in the Hotellinx booking tool that direct you to make a reservation through Levi Suites’ own sales channel. The embeds and visual prompts have also made it convenient to navigate to the booking engine on mobile devices.
Modern website with WordPress
The website is implemented in WordPress and is based on Höyry’s own modular WordPress theme, which Levi Suites’ administrators can edit the content of completely independently. The site features elements designed for a versatile presentation of content, such as various content buys, card lists, image galleries and traditional content columns. The implementation facilitates the creation of new pages and adds flexibility to the marketing of Levi Suites content. The technical solution is flexible and long-lasting and allows for further development of the site in an agile way.
Better service with the digital apartment directory
We created a digital apartment folder for the Levi Suites website that digitises paper materials into an always-available format. The room folder is made up of the apartment hotels’ own sub-pages, which contain information about accommodation and services in the area during the customer’s stay. Visitors are directed to the pages of the folder by a physically printed QR code found on the key cards.
You can update the contents of the apartment folder directly through the site’s administration. This solution facilitates the user experience, makes the work of Levi Suites staff more efficient and reduces the number of printed documents. With the digital apartment folder, users can easily find the information they are looking for directly on the Levi Suites website.

Sami Halonen
Sami has worked in sales, marketing, and project management since 1997. In 2011, he started as a project manager at an advertising agency, and over the years his role has covered everything from lead generation to preparing proposals and planning content. At Höyry, Sami is also responsible for the company’s administration.
Virpi Vainio
Virpi, who leads Höyry’s Oulu office, is a versatile expert in design and marketing communications with 18 years of experience. Her dual Master of Arts degrees have proven to be an unbeatable combination in the field. Virpi’s strengths include brand building, customer insight, and concept and campaign design.

At Höyry, Jarno finds solutions even to the most complex technical challenges. With a background as a trained electronics installer, he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from an English-language university of applied sciences program.
