Documill
Documill is an international software company that develops document automation and collaboration solutions for the Salesforce platform. The aim of the website redesign was to modernise the company’s online image and improve its ability to communicate its services to global audiences in a clear and effective way. The redesign focused on a functional structure, fresh visuals and easy-to-use content management.

Clear structure and modern user interface
We designed a completely new structure for Documill’s website that supports the company’s international growth and clearly highlights its end-to-end solution for document workflow automation. The navigation and content structure of the site was designed to make it easy to find relevant information and to guide the user in a natural way to explore the benefits Documill offers and book a demo. In addition, a use cases section was built to help users easily understand how Documill solutions work in different situations and business environments. In the user interface, we focused on clarity, intuitiveness and a modern look and feel that appeals to an international audience in the technology industry.

Technical implementation with WordPress and ActiveCampaign integration
The website was implemented on the WordPress platform with a modular structure, which allows for easy content management and further development by Documill’s own team. In addition, the ActiveCampaign marketing automation system was installed and configured to enable efficient lead capture and customer path tracking. The site was optimised to run on different devices and to meet modern accessibility and performance requirements.
A visual identity that supports international growth
We created a fresh and contemporary visual identity for Documill that communicates the company’s expertise and technological leadership. The new look is built around a bold colour and visual world, clear typography and graphic elements that support both the brand and the user experience. As part of the visual design, we also created bespoke icons that clearly illustrate the key benefits of the solution for different user groups.

Kalle Tapio
Creative director or creative generalist. As an entrepreneur, my role is to lead the creative process and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Sometimes I’m the one digging, sometimes I’m leaning on the shovel explaining exactly where to dig. I started my career as a graphic designer in 2004, and my path toward becoming an entrepreneur at Höyry began in 2013. Brand design, digital marketing, and developing customer-oriented web services have always been particularly close to my heart.
Robin Francett
Robin is a full-spectrum web solutions specialist with fourteen years of experience. As a software engineering graduate, he has deep expertise in both back-end and front-end development, where his visual eye adds clear value. He works with precision and considers multiple perspectives in every project. In addition to websites, he also delivers ecommerce solutions.
Jaakko Ylikulju
Jaakko is an experienced design professional with a solid understanding of code as well. Since entering the field in 2011, he has designed and delivered comprehensive web solutions, logos, and visual identities. One of Jaakko’s greatest strengths is his ability to distill a client’s core message into a concise and visually striking form.
Ilmari Saari
Ilmari is a website and digital service designer specialized in WordPress builds and visual UI design. With a background in design, he focuses on user-driven insights and striking solutions that stay clear and functional. Ilmari has broad experience in designing websites and ecommerce platforms, and he’s motivated by helping clients move their business forward
